During my last 10 years in the NHS I have worked with people experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety problems, depression, eating disorders, trauma, loss and relationship difficulties. I also have expertise in working with women during pregnancy and with couples becoming parents.
I offer assessments and scientifically proven psychological therapy. The types of therapy I use are Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I also use compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and mindfulness techniques in my work.
